Slow-Cooker Barbecue Beef Sandwiches:
Cut 1 (3 1⁄2-pound) eye-of-round roast in half vertically, and place in a 5 1⁄2-quart slow cooker.
Pour 1 (18-ounce) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (we used Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce) and 1 (10-ounce) can of condensed beef broth over roast.
