Plant Details

This beautiful fern from Japan and China features shiny, dark green fronds, erect and deeply cut, with a yellow stripe down the center of each segment. It forms a clump 1018 in. tall and twice as wide. Evergreen in the Lower and Coastal South; deciduous in the Middle and Upper South, where it emerges late in spring. Naturalized in some parts of the Southeast. Showy addition to the shade garden.
