When making dinner on a busy week night it's a great idea to pair fresh ingredients with really high quality convenience products, This next dish a Spinach Ravioli Lasagna is that. First I'm gonna wash my spinach, [MUSIC] shake out any excess water. I'm going to chop this up [MUSIC] And combine it with this really delicious store-bought pesto. I just wanna toss that around, get it really nice and incorporated. All right, this is ready to go. I'm gonna bring in the rest of my ingredients and begin building this spinach ravioli lasagna. I have some vegetable broth that I'm going to whisk into Some jarred alfredo sauce. We'll take about a third of this alfredo sauce mixture in the bottom of my dish. Spread that around. It's just like making any old lasagna you're building layers. I'm gonna take some of this spinach mixture, it smells great. Now, I'm going to layer my raviolis. This is a very high quality store bought product, right out of the freezer. directly into your pan. Now we're going to pop this in the oven for 25 minutes. Okay, so our spinach ravioli lasagna has baked for 25 minutes. It's nice and bubbly, super hot. The finishing touch is gonna be sprinkling some fresh mozzarella cheese all over the top. This is ready to go back into our oven til the cheese gets melted. Our spinach and ravioli lasagna is ready. I'm gonna garnish this with just some fresh chopped herbs. And there you have an amazing combination of fresh and convenience products to form this delicious spinach and ravioli lasagna. [MUSIC]
