There pretty no carb and gluten free and their so easy. Or try a classic cold cut tray this is perfect when you need to bring an appetizer to a pot luck. It looks gorgeous, but it's really easy to pull together. Start by lining the bottom of a platter with fresh, green lettuce leaves. Then arrange a variety of deli meats and cheeses over that. I'm using a combination of black forest ham, hardwood smoked turkey, and slow roasted turkey. I'm also using cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and provolone cheese [MUSIC] And then just creating a little section on the tray for each type of meat and cheese. Next dress up your platter with crunchy pickles, olives and fresh herbs. Put out a basket of baked mini biscuits and condiments and let everyone create their own sandwiches.
