Got $1.2 million lying around? If so, a piece of Fixer Upper history could be yours. Waco Tribune-Herald reports that the one-and-only “Barndominium” from the show’s third season is for sale once again.

The home’s owner, Kristi Bass listed the 2,700-square-foot, 5-bedroom renovated barn in Lacy Lakeview, Texas help from her sister, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s real estate agent Jennifer Roberts. Roberts teased the listing with a photo of a “For Sale” sign in front of the iconic home on Facebook, and later revealed that the home was was available for a cool $1.2 million. We have a feeling the gorgeous one-of-a-kind house (which also boasts 16 acres and a bass-filled private lake) will get scooped up faster than Chip gets to work on demo day.
