[MUSIC] First time I came here I think in two hours I decided I'm like my first restaurant is going to be in Nashville. [MUSIC] I had never hear of Meat and three until the time that I came to Nashville. And I went to Arnold's and I'm like Wow. Now we have a meat and three on our menu, which is atali. So I definitely put my own Indian signature on it. The first time I tried the hot chicken, it was a mind blowing experience. To me, having the hot chicken pakora on my menu is an old [UNKNOWN]. This culinary feel in Nashville is booming, and I'm very excited to be a part of that. [MUSIC]
