Most Southerners recognize Beverly Hills' 90210 ZIP, but 76148 likely doesn’t ring a bell—even though it’s much closer to home. Well, it’s time to get acquainted with the 76148, better known as Watauga, Texas. This Fort Worth suburb was recently named the hottest ZIP code in America, according to a new annual survey from Realtor.com.

Though the town may not be a household name yet, this marks the second year in a row that Watauga tops the list. Realtor.com establishes the rankings by looking at the length of time it takes homes to sell in each ZIP code and how frequently they are each area viewed on their site.

Besides Fort Worth being 25 minutes away, other draws for Watauga include the excellent Keller ISD school district and a rise in corporate job opportunites. "Homes in Watauga average about $185,000—an almost impossible price range to find" in the area, notes Geoffrey Walsh, a broker associate with Coldwell Banker in nearby Colleyville, to Realtor.com (the site's median listing price  for Watauga is $160,441). Watauga is the only Southern community to make the 2017 top ten list.
