This pristine land, located about 17 miles northwest of Asheville, is primary to Whisper Mountain's development commitment to preserving the environment. Houses are sited to preserve as many natural features as possible, and each one strives to meet stringent environmental standards. On any given day you can hike the surrounding mountains, fish in nearby streams, visit Biltmore for a wine tasting, or simply relax in the terrace spa at Sky Valley Lodge that features outstanding views.

Whisper Creek Cabin is inspired by the architecture of homes found sprinkled throughout the mountains of Western North Carolina. With shakes and lap siding accented by a stone chimney and Craftsman details, the house looks as if it grew organically from the mountain.
