[MUSIC] When you're setting up an outdoor table, start with comfortable seating. You want your guests to be able to linger. Forget the fancy linens, and don't bother with tablecloths. Just use, simple linen or cotton napkins and a napkin ring, to add a little bit of personality. Start layering you place setting with a rotain charger on the bottom. And then, place a dinner plate, salad plate, and a bowl on top. And finish of your place setting, with glassware that's sturdy so the breeze doesn't knock it over, and simple flatware. In place of a fancy floral centerpiece, try a lantern, everybody loves to dine by candlelight. Just make sure that your candles are contained in a glass hurricane, or in photos so that a strong evening breeze or a ceiling fan doesn't blow off the light. [MUSIC]
