Discover the alluring city of Asheville.

SHOW TRANSCRIPT

[MUSIC] I think a common attitude about people who move to Asheville. Once they've been here a while. And they realize how special the place is. Can be summarized by a bumper sticker. It reads, The mountains of western North Carolina, I wasn't born here, but I got here as fast as I could. We particularly like Nashville. It's a little different from some of the other cities in the region and we find that a lot of fun. The downtown is liveable. It is walkable, and beautiful. It's a small place. You can get around easily. But it's also got great restaurants, great theater going on, great arts, and just a wonderful city to live in. The Biltmore Estate is, of course, a huge, huge asset to this city. [MUSIC] To have a 8,000 acre urban park within the confines of a city it's almost too good to be true. You can drive in to the estate and all of a sudden you are in the bucolic mountains of western North Carolina. And it reminds you that you don't have to go very far and you could be out in the real mountains. There're over a million acres of public lands in around the Ashville area. It's just phenomenal, the great Smokey Mountain National Park. The Blue Ridge Parkway is an amenity that I can't believe and I've been here four years. Ashville spoke to our needs for a good educational environment for our children. A safe place to live. Four seasons that are all moderate, yet we still have them and we can enjoy them. The fact that we're just four hours from the ocean. [MUSIC] You don't have to go far in any direction, and you can find something really wonderful. [BLANK_AUDIO]
