[MUSIC] Bryan College Station is the largest community in the country that's not on an interstate, and we really like that. We've got all the great things about small town life here without all the hassles of big city life. [MUSIC] This is a special community and I think if I had to put a finger on why, the number 1 reason is Texas A&M and the fact that we have been one of the fastest growing universities in the country. The Athletics Department at Texas A&M is a big reason that people like to live in this community or come back to this community and we see a lot of people moving here to be closer to Texas A&M Athletics. I do love A&M and have a passion for it. We go to football and basketball. We get season tickets and have a lot of fun taking our girls and letting them see the Aggie experience. There is so much going on between the university and the Bush Library. Wonderful lecture series every year. You've got incredible speakers from all over the world. I mean, we could have Putin from Russia here one day, and the next day the French President. It's a very vibrant community, I'll tell you that. Probably a mile from here, the university has a facility where there's quite a few equestrian events coming, and we've got a big Expo center here, where there, there are all kinds of events. One of the best places to go is to downtown Bryan. They've really started renovating it in the past couple of years, and there's restaurants and there's places that have music at night, and there's all kinds of neat shops that you can't find anywhere else. And we have mainstream franchise stores. That you find in bigger cities. [MUSIC] If we want to, we can be busy every night. If we don't want to, we don't have to be busy any night. So, that's the way we like it. I don't say we're the best, I just say that we're just a little bit different than most universities and communities. It's a great place to live. Just an absolutely wonderful place to live. [MUSIC]
