Cut a four-inch piece of the 3/8 inch ribbon and glue both ends to the back of the clamshell. Form a bow out of six strands of raffia by wrapping it around four fingers. Tie it in the center with another string of raffia. Glue this to the back of the clamshell to create the wings of your angel.

Glue the wooden knob to the clamshell. Add a bow with the 1/8 inch ribbon to cover where the knob and clamshell meet.

Form a halo our of a 1 inch sting of white beads by gluing the ends together. Tack this onto the wooden knob with glue. Glue a starfish to the center of the clamshell for an extra touch.
