Entry is open to homes in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
All projects must be completely finished, including landscaping, interior furnishings, and interior accessories. Also, all projects must have been completed after January 1, 2006, and total heated square feet must be less than 5,000 sq. ft. Because we put great emphasis on lifestyle – who the homeowners are and how they live – we request that all homes entered must either be lived in year-round, or serve as secondary homes that the homeowners frequently visit or use, No show houses, spec, or development model homes, please.
