SHOW TRANSCRIPT

Hi, I'm Kimberly Schlegel Whitman, Editor-At-Large at Southern Living. If you're looking for a creative party idea, try a quick and easy napkin fold to give your table the perfect finishing touch. This chic bow tie napkin is stylish enough for an elegant dinner party, but so easy, you can use it for weeknight dinners, too. First, lay the napkin out flat, seam side up. Next, fold two opposite corners in, to meet in the center. Fold the napkin in half, from the bottom up. Fold the napkin in half again, from the top down. Fold the sides of the narrow rectangle in, to slightly overlap in the center. Slide a ribbon under the center of the folded napkin and cinch, tying it in a bow. Place the bow tie napkin in the center of your plate, and your's will be the best dressed table in town.
