For eyes, use a natural base color to cover the entire lid. Apply the base color to the bottom of the eye line as well to balance the overall look of the eye. For sagging eyes, use a slightly darker shade where the eye creases. And to open the eyes overall, use a lighter shade to create an angle from the very top of the eyelid to the brow bone and from the corner of the eye to the brow bone.
