[BLANK_AUDIO] [MUSIC] Hi, I'm Kimberly Schlegel Whitman, editor-at-large at Southern Living, and believe, it or not, there is a polite way to eat fried chicken. [MUSIC] Fried chicken, is one of the foods, where it's perfectly, acceptable to eat with your hands. You have to be ready, to get your fingers dirty and you also have to make sure you have plenty, of napkins nearby. [MUSIC] So the first thing you wanna do, is pick the piece that looks the most attractive to you. Some people, like to take a napkin or paper towel and wrap it around, the end if you don't like to get, greasy fingers and then you just dig right in. Take really, small bites. Because at least, that way, I'm avoiding a massive, mess, I'm only making... [MUSIC] A small, mess. Remember ,when you're eating any food, with your hand, don't start talking, with your hand and making your point known. So, I hope, you enjoy eating fried chicken, at your home and with your family.
