Their Story
After attending college together and having the same circle of friends, Ann Stewart and Pearson were reunited when they both
moved to New York City after graduation. Into their five-year courtship, they were preparing to leave for a California vacation
with her family when he suddenly popped the question. “I admit, I felt it was on the horizon,” she remembers. “But it was
a surprise that night, and then the vacation was the perfect getaway to celebrate.” A wedding in her hometown of Nashville
was the right fit for this Southern couple, and Ann Stewart’s vision of a simply elegant event helped her fuse traditional
and more modern elements.
