From sundaes to sauces, and from tarts to truffles, it seems like there is almost nothing you can't make with raspberries.
We love this tart and sweet fruit for how well it performs baked and blended. It works wonders as the main ingredient in Raspberry Buttercream Frosting and in Raspberry Shortbreads. It also surprises as an ingredient in Raspberry-Beer Cocktails: this refreshing beverage mixes raspberries, lemon, and vodka for a crisp, cool drink. Back at the baking dish, raspberries make incredible add-ins for Raspberry "Rhubars", Raspberry Pound Cake Truffles, and Mindi's Doughnuts and Easy Raspberry Sauce.
For something even more savory, try this fruit as part of Grilled Chicken Salad with Raspberry-Tarragon Dressing, Raspberry-Barbecue Chicken, or Jerk Turkey Tenderloin with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. Raspberries just pair and partner incredibly well with all sorts of flavorful fowl. Seemingly sweet and tart at the same time, raspberries are some of our favorite fruit. Dress it up with a Spring Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette on the side, and top it with a little extra Raspberry Sauce. Everything should taste berry, berry good.
