Try something new for supper--scrumptious corn pudding and butterbeans. Add some extras, including your favorite fried okra. Pick some up at the deli or in the freezer section. Complete your plate with fresh, peeled tomato slices (late-season tomatoes tend to have tougher skins) and a warm wedge of cornbread.
