"I've made this 3 times since the recipe appeared in June '08 issue. Everyone has raved over it and requested the recipe. I followed the recipe exactly. It makes a huge batch. It is well worth the minimal effort involved to make it from scratch rather than buying from a store. Even my monthly luncheon group gave it straight 3's, the highest rating we give. We keep a batch in the refrigerator at work for those afternoons when we need a snack. We eat it on Ritz crackers."
