Entertaining in a gorgeous atmosphere is the ideal summer gathering--just ask Katherine and Dennis Avery of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. They decided to take their friends to the community dock at Sewee Preserve. There, with the ever-changing marsh, the shorebirds, a soft breeze, and a mist of rain, the couple served a relaxed menu.
