Recipe: Thai Pesto Shrimp
Spicy cilantro pesto is a great way to add tons of flavor to any meat or seafood, in this case, large shrimp. Fresh cilantro is puréed in a food processor with olive oil, lime juice, honey, ginger and garlic.
