    Get creative with leftovers. These ideas work great for on-the-go evenings.

    • Cook extra ground beef for tomorrow's tacos, or create meaty quesadillas with leftover cooked pork. Add your favorite toppings, and serve with salsa.
    • Make a salad using leftover grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, tomatoes, and other toppings over mixed greens. Serve with Ranch dressing.
    • Have a pork tenderloin sandwich dressed with cream cheese, orange marmalade, sliced

  • 6 (1/2-inch-thick) bone-in pork chops (optional)
