Eggs are my go-to ingredient when I’m short on time or cooking on a budget. Test Kitchen Professional Norman King bulked up the average breakfast omelet with sliced andouille sausage, bell pepper, onion, and Monterey Jack cheese to create a delicious Cajun-inspired dish that can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Be sure to try our delicious shrimp variation too. Keep in mind, the first omelet takes a little longer (45 seconds to 1 minute) to cook than the last due to the heat of the pan.
