Delicious Fish From the Freezer

Whether baked in parchment paper or broiled in a pan, frozen fish yields moist and yummy results.

Delicious From the Freezer

Parchment paper keeps Lemon-Dill Tilapia tender by sealing in the juices.

Dishing up an amazing seafood dinner at home couldn't be easier. Simply start with a package of frozen fish from your local grocery store. Then add bold seasonings to enhance the seafood's natural sweetness. A can of diced tomatoes and Cajun seasoning, for example, add just the right amount of spice and texture to Creole Baked Fish, while a pepper jelly-mustard mixture gives plenty of zip to Mustard-and-Soy-Glazed Salmon.
