My husband and I both really liked this dish. We paired it with balsamic carrots. This will be made again at my house either
for ourselves or to impress some company that thinks they are going to eat plain old pork chops. Next time I will make more
so that my husband can have the second helping that he went into the kitchen for. Sadly I only made 2 pieces to sample the
recipe out- my mistake. I did not alter anything in the recipe since I had all the ingredients already.
