I love this turkey because there's got a lot of flavor, but it's already been seasoned by the producer so don't brine it and watch your salt when you're seasoning it before roasting. Butterball brand turkey. Here's your no-fuss turkey. It's been tenderized so like a Kosher turkey, I wouldn't brine it and I'll also watch the salt content. All natural grocery store turkey, the most common type of turkey. This is a great all purpose bird. It's got good flavor and is delicious with a brine and perfect for roasting.
