The Debutante Farmer's Pimiento Cheese

2 cups white cheddar cheese, shredded (Buy the block and shred it yourself – it makes a huge difference.)
1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, no substitution
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
6 ounces roasted red peppers, diced
¼ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup green onions
¼ tsp. Tabasco
¼ tsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together.
