These refreshing Peach Sweet Tea Pops are perfect for hot summer days in the sun. Make these frozen treats with slices of fresh peaches (we'd recommend picking up some from your local farmers' market!), peach sweet tea, and peach nectar. Serve these popsicles as a fruity dessert at your Fourth of July barbecue, or just keep a batch on hand for summer nights swinging on the porch.


Peach Sweet Tea Pops

3 peach-flavored tea bags

  • 4 cups water, divided

  • 1 (11.3-oz.) can peach nectar

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • Fresh red-skinned peaches, skin on, thinly sliced

    Bring one cup of water to a boil; add tea bags, turn off heat, and cover. Let steep for 10 minutes. Add sugar to hot tea and stir to dissolve. Pour into 3 cups of cold water; stir in peach nectar.

    Pour tea mixture into popsicle molds, adding a few peach slices to each. Put in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove popsicles from the freezer, and allow to sit at room temperature for 4 to 5 minutes to make easier to remove from molds. Or, run popsicle molds under warm water for easier removal.
