Now, we've got a great recipe for pulled pork. The recipe talks about the technique. What do you do after it's cooked? It can still be a little bit intimidating. It's really easy. You just have two forks, and if you've cooked it long enough, and cooked it right. The meat's just gonna fall apart. You're gonna slide the bone out. And there's only one. And you're gonna separate what little fat's left, from the meat. So you're gonna end up with these several hunks of meat. Take the two forks and tear it apart. And there's your pulled pork.
