How To Poach an Egg
You’ll have perfect poached eggs every time with these three easy steps.
Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a large skillet. (Vinegar makes the egg whites firm faster.)
Reduce heat to a simmer. Break eggs; slip into water one at a time.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon. Trim, if desired.
