We've chosen to make Rosemary-Infused Olive Oil, Sun-Dried Tomato-Infused Olive Oil, Lemon-Infused Olive Oil, and Chili-Infused Olive Oils. Prepare a full batch of just one herb or flavor, or try making a few different flavor profiles in smaller glass jars to use as fun hostess gifts or holiday presents. You also have the option of preparing as little or as much olive oil as you desire, based on what you have in the pantry or the size of containers that you're using. Oils will keep between two to three weeks, and should be refrigerated.
