[MUSIC] You don't have to have a grill to make really great smoky ribs. We've got them rubbed down with our smoky rub. You take them, and place them meat side [SOUND] down on your heavy duty aluminium foil. Wrap them up. [NOISE] Then pop them into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, we're gonna unwrap them, just enough to pour your braising liquid over the ribs. Then you wrap them back up, put them back in the oven for another hour. Brush them with your sauce. Then you're gonna place the meat side up, underneath the broiler, and go for about eight minutes. And you'll have great, smoky ribs. [MUSIC]
