Step 1: Save bacon drippings by pouring it through a fine strainer directly into an ice cube tray. Freeze.
Step 2: Once they’re frozen, remove the cubes of bacon drippings and place them in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Store in the freezer, and use the cubes whenever you need a flavor boost.
