Buffalo Chicken Sliders

You won't find an appetizer more suited for your next summer get-together than these flavorful Buffalo Chicken Sliders. The mini sandwiches are made with Hawaiian rolls, shredded chicken, some buffalo sauce, and lots of cheese.

Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • 1 package sweet Hawaiian rolls

  • 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken (about 4 cups)

  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

  • 12 slices Swiss cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Spray a jelly-roll pan with cooking spray. Slice buns in half, and place one bun half in bottom of pan. In a large bowl, stir together chicken, buffalo sauce, and dill. Cut Swiss cheese slices into quarters; put ¼ slice on bottom buns. Top cheese with buffalo chicken mixture, and add an additional ¼ slice of cheese on top of chicken mixture. Top with bun. Brush tops of buns with melted butter. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
