Readers always want to know. Can I make a cheesecake ahead of time? And if so, how far ahead? The answer is absolutely. You can make cheesecakes well ahead of time. To refrigerate a cheesecake three to four days ahead of your party, leave it in the spring form pan, let it cool completely and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap before refrigerating. To freeze a cheesecake ahead of your party. Remove the completely cool cheesecake from the pan. Again wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to one month. Defrost it in the freeze overnight before serving. Follow these easy tips and not only will you have saved yourself a lot of time. But you will have a fabulous dessert to show off. [MUSIC]
