Tips

Our drink is thick enough to lightly coat a spoon. If you don’t serve it all at one time, remove pan from heat. When you go back for seconds, it will have thickened. Reheat over low heat and thin by stirring in additional milk (1/4 cup at a time).
Secret ingredient: Salt. It enhances the rich, smooth taste of chocolate while toning down the naturally occurring bitterness.

Party Spoons
