Kids in the Kitchen

One of my great stress-busters during the busy holidays is to get in the kitchen with my daughters.

Kids in the Kitchen

There’s just something therapeutic about the experience that brings me down to reality and gets me in the true spirit of the season. I highly recommend making time for it. We celebrate Christmas Eve by preparing goodies for Santa and his reindeer. Both recipes are super-easy for kids of any age to make, and preparing them is a terrific way to teach little ones a few kitchen skills.

Making eco-friendly Magic Reindeer Food is fun for the whole family. What the reindeer don’t eat, the birds are certain to enjoy later.

Santa Snack Mix

Delivering presents is hard work, and better-for-you Santa Snack Mix keeps the Big Man light on his feet while still allowing him to enjoy something sweet. It’s so good, Santa will never miss the cookies.
