Wine Pairing: Concha y Toro, Carmenère, Chile

Nothing is more romantic than Italian food. Light candles, bring out the nice china, and serve Eggplant Parmesan. In the wine glass, serve a Carmenère from Chile like Concha y Toro. Don't forget dessert with Cream Puffs with Chocolate Sauce.
