These easy but impressive vegetable dishes are just right to add a breath of fresh air to your meal planning. Try the Sweet Potato Pockets with baked ham or pork roast. Potatoes Baked in Sea Salt are perfect alongside grilled steaks. One taste, and you'll know that change is a good thing.

Pockets of Flavor
Follow these easy steps to make Sweet Potato Pockets, and enjoy divine results.

  • Lightly mist wrapper with water. You may also use your fingertips to moisten the wrapper.
  • Scoop 1 Tbsp. mashed sweet potatoes in center of wrapper. We used a melon baller to get just the right amount of potatoes on each wrapper.
  • Fold 2 opposite corners together, forming a triangle. Press edges together to seal.
