Beef Tenderloin and Steamed Brussels Sprouts

Madeline, Jerry, and son Sidney prepare their favorite menorahs.

This party is all about combining the perfect atmosphere with simple recipes. Madeline and Jerry E. Abramson, the first lady and mayor of Louisville, Kentucky, go all out for their annual Hanukkah celebrations. The table sets the beautiful mood and includes touches that honor Louisville, such as julep cups filled with roses, in addition to Hanukkah collectibles and gelt. Tradition drives this dinner, and it's always a hit.

1. Beef Tenderloin
2. Steamed Brussels Sprouts
3. Lemon Chess Pie
