Tempting Two-Bite Desserts

Ladyfingers, raspberry preserves, and whipping cream make Raspberry Tiramisù Bites a fruity twist on the traditional dessert.

Test Kitchens Tips

  • A hand mixer works great for these small desserts, so you won’t need to pull out the heavy equipment.
  • Store tightly wrapped leftover ladyfingers in the freezer. Or toast them, and top with ice cream and fudge sauce for a spur-of-the-moment dessert.
  • Toast more almonds than you’ll need for the tartlets. Store extra almonds in a plastic container in the freezer. They’re great in salads and on coffee cakes.

"Tempting Two-Bite Desserts" is from the March 2008 issue of Southern Living.
