Crisp coleslaw comes to the table lightly dressed with the salty snap of roasted peanuts and wasabi. Spiked with the sweet-sharp heat of Pepper Jelly Vinaigrette, cubes of watermelon team up with crumbles of Gorgonzola cheese. Green beans pair with red grapes in a colorful pasta salad. It’s not a combination you see often, but it’s sure to be a party pleaser. Try them all, and then create your own special versions.
