The good folks of SFA, an institute of the Center for the Study of Southern Culture at The University of Mississippi, sought out contributions from their tribe of chefs, cooks, writers, historians, and thinkers for this hybrid stew of a community cookbook. As expected, there’s good writing in here. And delicious, if a bit involved by community cookbook standards, recipes.
