If costumes aren’t your thing—or maybe it’s October 30th and you’ve procrastinated without time to go hunting at your nearest party store—you can opt for some nail art instead of going all out with an intricate disguise. Just wear all black, put on some dramatic makeup, and flash your nails. Some spooky Halloween nail art can also complement and amp up any costume if you want to really get in the spirit for an All Hallows’ Eve party. For example, if you plan on dressing up as Wednesday or Morticia Addams, there’s a design idea to get every one of the Addams family members’ outfits on your hands.

Nail art is a fun way to express yourself. And while yes, some of it can take hours to do, if you’re short on time (or don’t have a steady hand), you can do one accent nail, or try a simplified version of one of these ideas. Or, if you're splurging at the salon, share these ideas with your nail artist to get the look.
