People Are Flocking To The Pioneer Woman's New Store

In a town with only 3500 people, fans of The Pioneer Woman are flocking to a brand new store that celebrates everything on Ree Drummond's favorites list. The Mercantile, which is located in a 100-year-old building that was purchased in 2012, is now a 25,000-square-foot bakery, deli, retail store, and coffee bar. The store averages around 6000 visitors per day – and has had almost 15,000, on occasion. But, Ree feels the pressure being more than 100 miles from Oklahoma City. “Whenever I put a recipe on my show or in my cookbook I want it to be absolutely wonderful,” she said to our friends at PEOPLE. “When I envision putting a plate of my food in front of a customer or guest, it really takes it to a whole other level because I want them to feel like their trip here was worth it.” We think it's worth taking a trip to "The Merc" to check out her new digs.
