The Story Of Prince's Hot Chicken

Hot chicken is a Nashville, Tennessee staple – and it doesn't get much better than the famous Prince's Hot Chicken. At our Nashville Now weekend, we hosted a Hot Chicken and Craft Beer Tasting at Whiskey Bent Saloon featuring André Prince Jeffries, the owner of Prince's. We sat down with André to talk about the restaurant's hilarious origins, who has a higher tolerance for heat, and which celebrities like to frequent her hot chicken joint.
