Long before “#CoupleGoals” and other woeful monikers came into the common vernacular, there was Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.

Fall is off to an exciting start for McHill fans with the country royalty announcing their collaborative album The Rest of Our Life. For an extra dose of awwwws, they revealed the upcoming album on Friday, October 6th, which just happened to be their 21st wedding anniversary.

Now, they’re giving us a sneak peek into the album with the music video for the titular track, the second single off of the album after ‘Speak to a Girl.’ The video for ‘The Rest of Our Life’ chronicles the duo—gasp—bickering in a field in Tim’s home state of Louisiana (the singer was born in Delhi, a small town in the Northeastern part of the state).

As the chorus crescendos, Hill storms off in the pouring rain with McGraw looking onward. In the end, Hill finds solace at cozy diner before McGraw arrives, the two reconcile, and they saunter into the night nudging shoulders, hand in hand.

As the song ends, the two-become-one ethos is captured in the heart-melting lyrics: “If my gray hair shows, I'll be fine / If my waistline goes, I'll be fine / Even when time takes its toll /I'll stay young for the rest of my life / With you, I'll stay young for the rest of my life / With you / We'll stay young for the rest of our life.” Duetting in beautiful harmony, the listener realizes that two lives have melded into one; the plural “lives” reduced to the singular “life,” but in effect magnifying in its beauty and strength.

The Rest of Our Life will be released on Friday, November 17th.
