Like peas and carrots, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban just make sense together. The duo offered a sneak peek at the music video for their new song “The Fighter” in the lead up to their performance at the 59th Grammy Awards Sunday night, and boy is it a treat.
In the video, Underwood and Urban sing in a dark, industrial room while a woman shows off some seriously impressive dance moves outside. The video is only available on YouTube for 24 hours, so hurry up and watch it while you can!
"The Fighter," a poppy, feel-good track co-written by Urban, is the fifth single off his Grammy-nominated record, Ripcord, which dropped last year. The Grammy for Best Country Album ultimately went to Sturgill Simpson's A Sailor's Guide to Earth. This year Urban was also nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for "Blue Ain't Your Color," which went to Maren Morris, who took home that award for her breakout hit "My Church."
Urban's Ripcord World Tour resumes on May 27th in Indianapolis.
