You know what they say—everything’s bigger in Texas! And right now, that includes the job market. According to a new study from NerdWallet, the city of Austin ranks first in the nation for job seekers.

NerdWallet came to this conclusion by analyzing federal data for the 100 largest U.S. cities to “determine where Americans will find opportunities and also where their paychecks will go further.” The site analyzed metrics including the unemployment rate, employed population growth over the past five years, and median annual income.

So what makes Austin so great? It’s all about millennials. Turns out, the capital of Texas has a higher-than-average percentage of 20-somethings, which is probably why Austin has also been named one of the best cities for singles.

Another common thread among the top cities was the presence of technology. Dell and IBM both have corporate offices in Austin, and Apple just recently moved thousands of its employees to sprawling campuses in north and southwest Austin.

While the study didn’t specifically mention the impact of SXSW, the annual festival boosted the local economy by $323 million in 2016, according to a local report.

But Austin wasn’t the only Southern city ranking high on the list. In fact, six of top ten cities are located in the South! Head over to NerdWallet to see if your hometown made the cut.
